Regulation for Borrowing of IT Accessories 

I. Available Loan Items:

1. USB Flash Disk
2. Potable Hard Disk
3. Head Phone with Microphone
4. Speakers Web Camera
5. Networking Cable
6. USB Cable VGA Cable
7. Keyboard
8. Mouse
9. Laser Pen
10. Recording Pen
11. Wireless Audio System

II. User agreements

1. All loan items are on first- come -first -serve basis. Reservation may be applied to some loan items, please check with ITSC staff for details.
2. Borrowers need to collect and return the loan item personally from/to ITSC office, ITSC will not responsible for delivery of any loan items.
3. Borrowers assume full financial responsibility for any damaged or lost borrowed items.
4. In general the maximum loan period is one month; shorter loan period may be applied to the high demand items.
5. Borrowers need to return the items on time, extension of the loan period need to be arranged with ITSC in advance before the due date.
6. ITSC reserved the right to reject the borrowing request due to
   1. Always delay in returning the loan items without any valid reasons.
   2. Always damage or loss the loan item.
7. All loan items are solely for legitimate academic and administrative requirement.
8. Borrowers are solely responsible for management of all personal data or information including backup, lost or corrupted by the virus and leakage from the loan system.
9. Borrowers need to remove all the personal data in the borrowed storage media, ITSC will not responsible for any leakage of confidential data from the load equipment.
