1. The provided storage spaces are solely for academic-related data. Users must responsible for any personal data or information leakage. Users shall have the obligation to keep confidential the login account information, and responsible for unauthorized access to the storage spaces.
2. Each staff is assigned 500 Mbytes and student is 50 Mbytes online storage spaces.
3. As the memory capacity is limited, users may use it for important data backup. Non academic data such as music, movie, games or illegal software files are not permitted to store in the space. ITSC reserves the right to delete any inappropriate data from the storage.
4. Any illegal use of storage space is prohibited, such as distribution of pirated or unauthorized software, pornographic data and etc.
