The on-line storage service provides an extra data storage space for students. Each student is offered a 50MB storage memory. This storage can only be accessed via the PCs in the computer center F204. When students login the system with a valid user account and password, the system will automatically connect to the storage space. Student can use it as an additional disk drive. The connection will disconnect after successful logout.

The online storage service provides an extra memory storage space for staff to store their work-related data. Each administrative or teaching staff is offered a 500 MB memory space. Users can refer to the "Online Storage for Staff User Guide" and follow the given instructions to setup a drive space from our storage server to their computer system, then access it as an additional disk drive. The provided memory spaces are limited; staff may use it as a temporary storage to back up some important data. Regular data backup from their computer system is an essential and important practice.

在线存储系统是为学生提供额外的数据存储空间，每个学生分派50MB的存储容量。学生仅可以在F204计算机中心的电脑里进入该在线存储系统，用固定的账号和密码登录计算机系统后，在线存储空间就已经连接到所登录的计算机，用户可以像使用本地磁盘一样访问该空间，当成功退出登陆后，在线存储系统便自动断开。
