1. Opening Hours

The F204 Computing Center will be open during the following hours:

Monday-Friday：	08：00 - 21：00
Saturday：	09：00 - 17：30

The center is closed on Sundays and ALL public holidays except for special arrangement. Any changes of opening hours will be informed in advance.

2. Authorized Users

Only UIC staff and students are allowed to use the center.

3. Usage Of Computing Center

   1. Maintain center cleanliness, tidiness and quietness. Strictly no Food, beverages, spitting or littering in the center at all time. Keep your workstation tidy, place umbrellas in the holder rack near the front desk. Shouting and yelling are also prohibited.
   2. Smoking is strictly prohibited. Do not meddle with any cables, switches and fire extinguisher in the center.
   3. Users are prohibited from changing or removing any existing equipment connection such as network cable, power plug etc. Please report to the front desk if you have any queries or requests.
   4. Do not switch off or adjust the air conditioning without permission. Please check with the front desk or security guard for adjusting the temperature.
   5. Seat occupying is prohibited. Any items found in front of the idle computer will be treat as lost property. ITSC will not be responsible for any personal property lost in the center.
   6. Users are advised to use the standard software provided by the center. Installing or executing any unauthorized software is strictly prohibited.
   7. Compute games, watching movies and videos are not allowed at any time.
   8. Users are prohibited from surfing, downloading, duplicating and distributing pornographic and other undesirable websites on the internet.
   9. Any attempt to circumvent system security, virus attacks or in any way gain unauthorized access to local or network resources is strictly forbidden.
   10. All users must follow the proper procedure when shutting down the computer.
   11. Do not remove any property from the center otherwise this will be regarded as theft.

F204计算机中心管理规定

1. 开放时间

F204计算机中心的开放时间如下：

星期一～星期五：	08：00 - 21：00
星期六：	09：00 - 17：30

本中心在星期天或其它共公节假日不开放，如有特别开放安排，再另行通知。

2. 用户群体

只允许UIC教职员和学生使用。

3. 使用条例

   1. 须保持室内环境的安静整洁：严禁携带零食、饮料等进入室内食用，严禁随地吐痰、乱扔废物纸屑等杂物，禁止大声喧哗，必须将雨具放置前台附近的指定的地点。
   2. 室内严禁吸烟和使用明火，不得私自接任何线路电源，不得乱动电闸和消防器材。
   3. 不得私自拆卸或搬移设备，如网线、电源插座等。如有疑问或请求，请及时向前台管理员报告。
   4. 不得随意开启空调，当感到温度过高或过低时，可联系前台管理人员或保安人员。
   5. 严禁一切的占位行为，如在无人使用且关闭的计算机前发现有书包、书籍等个人物品，一律按失物处理，如有任何损坏或丢失，责任自负。
   6. 用户可使用本中心提供的标准软件，严禁安装和使用一切未经授权的软件。
   7. 不得玩游戏、观看娱乐性视频。
   8. 严禁利用计算机和网络传播、拷贝、制作淫秽、反动、迷信等不健康内容，不得访问其它不明网站。
   9. 严禁任何破坏系统安全的行为，例如病毒攻击，获取一切未经授权的数据资源。
   10. 上机结束后，请按规范的程序关闭所使用的计算机。
   11. 不得私自带出机房物品，否则按偷盗行为处理。
