ITSC provides a variety of IT training programs to both staff and students. (Both self-based learning and instructor-based teaching in iSpace System) The training includes using IT equipment in campus for teaching and learning, operation on the academic registry system, in house and third party application software. By offering these seminars and programs, we hope users can get a good grasp of hardware and software knowledge.

  1. Procedures for enrolling a training course:
  2. ITSC will broadcast the new course message to all staff by email one week before the commencing date
  3. Staff can also enter our ITSC web site for detailed course schedules.

In order to give high quality facilities and better services environment for all staff and students, ITSC provides training to teaching staff how to operate the multi-media equipment in classroom and provides faculty how to mange a Standard website. Besides, we also provides a training for the freshmen how to use the MIS. The purpose of our services is to help all teaching staff achieve professional excellence for teaching and learning audio/visual equipment and to introduce the new students how to use the application system and facilities available through ITSC. It is also hoped that, through the Training and handbook, users will have a better understanding of the services provided by ITSC.

Procedures

  • Training for students: confirm the training time with AR and SAO at the most beginning of the semester.
  • Training for staff: book a classroom from AR, and email to all staff notice them we will hold a training services ahead of a week.
