The computer network in Student Cultural Village is managed and maintained by Rong da Network Company. Student that facing any networking problem in the village can seek for help via the following procedures:

Direct report the problems to the Property Management Center which is located at ground floor of Block 3.
Contact the Network Maintenance Service Hotline: 3155999.
Leave a message on Rong da web site www.shcvnet.cn .

The computer network support staff will make a record on your problem and try to solve it as soon as possible. If there is any problem can not be solved or unsatisfactory answer is given from the staff, you will be able to send email to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. We will not response to any complaint that had not been reported to the Property Management Center.

学生文化小镇网络是由宿舍的管理方海盟物业委托荣达网络公司负责日常的管理和维护。同学们在使用过程中遇到网络问题可以从以下几种途径获得帮助：

1.直接到小镇三栋一层物业管理中心进行报修；
2.拨打网络报修热线 3155999；
3.登陆荣达网络 www.shcvnet.cn 留言；
